The sealed pole originates from Germany and is a third-generation medium-voltage sealed vacuum circuit breaker jointly developed by senior Chinese and German experts.
The sealed pole is the third-generation medium-voltage sealed vacuum circuit breaker with the most complete series of product specifications in the world.
The sealed pole seals the ultra-low resistance vacuum isolation chamber and the primary circuit main conductor pole in epoxy resin, which can be used in various harsh working environments.
The application of an ultra-low anode vacuum interrupter for solid-sealed poles fundamentally meets the temperature rise requirements of high-current solid-sealed poles and reduces power loss. The pole of the solid-sealed pole type medium-voltage solid-sealed vacuum circuit breaker is directly sealed in epoxy resin through the advanced automatic pressure gel process (APG), which seals the miniaturized ultra-low resistance vacuum interrupter chamber and other parts of the main circuit directly into the epoxy resin. This not only simplifies the assembly process of the pole column, prevents the loosening of the connecting bolts of the conductive circuit of the vacuum interrupter room due to vibration in operation, and improves reliability, but also makes the outer surface of the vacuum interrupter room free from external mechanical forces and the influence of the external environment (e.g., dust, moisture, and small animals), which further improves the distribution of the electric field of the pole column.
