IESIS-D is a ring main unit with solid insulation-an environmentally friendly ring main unit with composite insulation produced by our company. It mainly consists of three parts: block V (automatic circuit breaker block), block C (load switch block), and block F (combined electrical block). Each block can be used separately or freely expanded. Its structure is divided into intelligent control, instrument compartment, working mechanism, main part, and instrument room, which can be equipped with microcomputer (controller) protection. The main part uses the automatic gel process (APG), and the disconnect switch and arc extinguishing chamber are fully sealed with epoxy resin. Additionally, there are special connectors and bus connections.
Special copper-chrome contact materials are used in the circuit breaker, with contacts having a longitudinal magnetic field of R-type and a complete primary sealing process. The breaker's ability to interrupt current and short-circuit, its stability, electrical service life, increased temperature, and insulation level are significantly improved compared to the previous circuit breaker (with copper-aluminum contact materials, cup-shaped contact structure with a longitudinal magnetic field, and incomplete primary sealing).
The operating mechanism uses a pop-up actuator integrated with the switch, meaning the pop-up actuator of the disconnector and main switch is a single unit. This allows for convenient implementation of locking mechanisms, reduces the number of parts in the mechanism, minimizes unnecessary transmission links, and ensures high reliability. Electrical control can be implemented according to user needs.
